Please call for an appointment to get a written price your particular floor. Prices are based on size of slab. 2-car garage (500 sq ft) on high side, 3-car (700 sq ft) in the middle, and 4-car (900 sq ft) on the lower end of the price range.   Epoxy/Urethane $2.00 - $3.00 / sq ft Quartz System $4.50 - $6.50 / sq ft Full-Flake System $4.00 - $6.00 / sq ft     Some slab repair and crack filling is included in the above prices. Excessive repair may add $0.25-0.50/sqft.   Tuff-Stuff $5.00 / sq ft     Warranty   A word about warranties - as far as I know most applicators will provide a warranty on their product and installation, as does Total Garage. What they don't warranty is problems with the concrete under the coatings, and neither does Total Garage.   Total Garage warranties that the product is installed correctly and the floor prepared properly. If the product was installed incorrectly, it will begin failing within a few months or sooner. If the concrete has problems such as pop-outs or excessive vapor migration, Total Garage will not warranty the coating, nor will anybody else. So that 3 or 5 year warranty that may be offered to you is probably not as good as it may seem. Buyer beware.   Total Garage warrants its coatings against peeling for a period of one year. Repairs will be made at our discretion. Not covered by warranty includes, but is not limited to: hydrostatic pressure, blisters, pop-outs, moisture problems, areas adjacent to control joints and slab edges, abuse and neglect.
